Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: North Station branch, Boston, Massachusetts; in-office position

Salary: $40,500–$67,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver customer service and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, products, tools, and technology.
• Identify customer needs and refer clients to appropriate branch staff or banking opportunities.
• Support lobby engagement, service-to-sales conversations, and outbound interactions.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently.
• Apply product knowledge and procedures to resolve customer problems and support loyalty.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university or college degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience practices.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of customer needs, digital awareness, and fraud detection and prevention.
