Location: British Columbia, Canada (field based)

Salary: 94,700.00–136,800.00 per year

What you will do

  • Segment and analyze key accounts, including Centers of Excellence and referring centers, across the autoimmune type 1 diabetes care pathway.
  • Develop and implement integrated account plans covering advocacy, access, budget management, promotional activity, and resource utilization.
  • Identify operational barriers to screening, referral, treatment administration, and infusion, then co-create solutions with account decision-makers.
  • Build screening and infusion infrastructure, including specialized sites and potential home infusion solutions.
  • Engage endocrinologists, internists, diabetes educators, primary care physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders on disease awareness, early intervention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with Ecosystem, Medical, and Market Access teams to support formulary inclusion, administrative flows, customer needs, and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer-facing experience with a record of increasing provider adoption and customer engagement.
  • Experience in diabetes, rare disease, specialty care, or successful field product launches.
  • Understanding of Western Canadian healthcare systems, private payer coverage, and patient support programs.
  • Strong value-based selling, objection handling, analytical, presentation, networking, and account-planning skills.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, medical, market access, and support functions in a matrix environment.
  • English proficiency in both oral and written communication is required. A valid driver’s license and compliance with vehicle safety requirements are also required.
