Multi-Media Account Executive (Advertising)

Location: Utica, New York, United States

Salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year, plus commission.

What you will do

• Develop TV and digital advertising revenue and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Prospect, qualify, close, and grow new business through a consultative multimedia sales approach.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and educate clients on available TV and digital products.
• Work with clients and station personnel to create advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Manage order entry, contracts, follow-up, collections, and client relationships.
• Support the production of clients’ creative materials and advocate for station products and programs.

Requirements

• Sales experience is preferred; full sales training is provided.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with popular social media and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment criminal and driving background checks are required.
