Account Executive (Pharmaceutical Advertising)

Location: Remote, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage workflows for assigned pharmaceutical advertising accounts and keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate project briefs, timelines, status reports, meetings, presentations, and client communications.
• Review materials for accuracy and completeness before client delivery, presentation, or production.
• Support estimates, budgets, billing forecasts, expenditure tracking, and profitability management.
• Build knowledge of healthcare products, competitors, clinical milestones, patient and professional audiences, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to expand client business and communicate the agency’s strategic and tactical recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related concentration.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry.
• Experience with direct client contact and client relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical, regulatory, and legal review submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva.
• Medical communications or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience writing statements of work and project briefs.
