Staff Product Analyst (Finance Technologies, Source to Pay)

Location: Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; or Washington, DC. The role is based in the United States.

Salary: $132,000–$181,500 USD annual base salary. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Own functional architecture, configuration, and optimization across Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba.
• Map end-to-end data flows and automated banking file transfers.
• Lead cross-functional project execution, user acceptance testing, release management, and post-implementation support.
• Establish system controls, audit trails, data governance, and SOX-compliant processes.
• Design and build GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including e-procurement, invoice processing, and treasury operations.
• Hands-on functional expertise with Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba Pay.
• Experience with program scoping, process mapping, executive stakeholder management, data mapping, API integrations, multi-currency accounting, BAI2, ISO 20022, and SOX controls.
• Must be based in one of the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI and MCP on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Coupa, NetSuite, or Treasury certifications such as CTP, PMI-PBA, or CBAP.
