TL;DR
Sr. Product Analyst - WalkMe (JavaScript): Designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe digital adoption solutions for proprietary financial platforms with an accent on in-app guidance, automation, user behavior analytics, and front-end integrations. Focus on troubleshooting deployments, validating functionality and performance, and translating adoption data into scalable improvements.

Location: Fort Mill/Charlotte, United States. Preference for candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to support coverage through at least 4:00 PM PT.

Salary: $80,752.00–$134,518.00 annual base salary.

What you will do

  • Design, build, configure, and optimize WalkMe solutions that improve engagement with proprietary platforms.
  • Create in-app guidance, workflow automation, and adoption features for complex user processes.
  • Analyze user behavior and platform data to identify adoption challenges and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, service support, and business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot WalkMe deployments and integrations, and maintain existing WalkMe content.
  • Test implementations, document configurations and results, and support continuous solution improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and implementing WalkMe solutions.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven software development environment.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks or libraries such as jQuery or Angular.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
  • Strong testing, debugging, data analysis, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • WalkMe certification.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Additional jQuery, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript experience.
