Senior Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; synchronous collaboration mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT.

Salary: US $180,000–$215,000 annually; Canada CA$210,000–CA$240,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own A/B test design, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations with product managers.
• Partner with growth, product, and engineering teams across the experimentation lifecycle.
• Analyze user behavior and business anomalies to identify drivers of conversion and retention.
• Define measurement approaches, success metrics, and tracking requirements for feature launches.
• Present data and insights to company leadership and broader business stakeholders.
• Automate recurring workflows and build or maintain datasets, pipelines, and data infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods for A/B testing and experimental design.
• Expert-level SQL, including table creation, window functions, and clear analytical code.
• Experience with modern analytics tools such as Amplitude, Statsig, Snowflake, dbt, Hex, and Omni.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical partners and translate requirements into actionable steps.
• Active AI fluency, including judgment about when AI is useful and when it may introduce errors.

• Experience with consumer subscription analytics.
• Experience in an early-stage, high-growth startup.
