Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote. Applicants must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada. hirify.global also has offices in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform for managing physical assets such as cars, homes, motorcycles, and RVs, with products spanning insurance, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and marketplaces.

What you will do

• Embed in a core business area such as growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define the business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and decisions that analytical work should support.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights using business data.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python and experience working through ambiguous problems.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• First-principles thinking, ownership, and a track record of delivering business impact.
