What you will do

• Lead the analysis, implementation, administration, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Act as the senior technical lead and advisor for assigned applications and application portfolios.
• Develop modernization, optimization, lifecycle management, and long-term application roadmap recommendations.
• Lead application implementation, upgrades, migrations, modernization projects, releases, deployments, and configuration changes.
• Oversee integrations involving internal and third-party applications while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and availability.
• Mentor Application Systems Analyst I and II personnel and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance required.
• DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or business systems management.
• Experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite).
• Experience leading enterprise application implementation and support projects, gathering complex requirements, and working with enterprise application architecture and system integration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active DoD clearance and experience supporting federal agencies, particularly DHS or USCIS.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint Online, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
