Sr. System Analyst Apps (EPM Software) - Remote

Location: Remote; Flex Designation: Anywhere. The posting lists 26677 Agoura Road, Calabasas, California, and requires occasional after-hours and weekend production support. Travel is up to 5%.

Salary: $93,000–$139,500 annually, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the daily performance and operation of enterprise-level software applications.
• Configure and administer the allocation application and supporting server environments.
• Plan, test, and implement business-requested configuration changes, maintenance installs, upgrades, and deployments.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts, analysts, IT, and internal and external developers to define application changes.
• Create SQL queries and provide data and consultation for business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration, messaging, and communication failures; perform root-cause analysis and support go-live execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting software applications and software development.
• 5–7 years of experience as an application support specialist, systems analyst, or application manager.
• Experience with code revision control, revision control tools, software development methodologies, and application interfaces.
• Experience with retail applications and retail IT business practices; allocation or forecasting application experience is preferred.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
