Project Manager I (Digital Delivery)

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, or Lenexa, Kansas, United States. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage execution and client experience for small- to medium-scope projects.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, proposals, contracts, budgets, and financial performance.
• Lead project communication with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the primary client contact.
• Monitor quality expectations and ensure design, drafting, and other deliverables meet project objectives.
• Identify project conflicts, recommend resolutions, and coordinate with project leaders.
• Support program management and larger, more complex projects when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business, or relevant AEC or professional services experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of project management exposure; 7 years of experience is required without a degree.
• Knowledge of project management standards, building design, and construction principles.
• Strong process improvement, data analysis, collaboration, communication, organization, and influencing skills.
• Understanding of the role AI plays in data.
• English communication proficiency and United States work authorization are required.
