What you will do

• Lead medium- to large-scale business and technology projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects or portfolios, including initiatives that may exceed $2.5 million.
• Develop project strategies, plans, budgets, governance structures, resource allocations, and communication approaches.
• Coordinate business leaders, technology teams, risk and compliance partners, operational stakeholders, project liaisons, and external vendors.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, issues, milestones, and performance indicators while developing contingency plans.
• Facilitate governance meetings, provide executive reporting, manage change control, and coach project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience leading complex business or technology initiatives and large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work in the office at one of the listed United States locations; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated industry, financial services, or banking.
• Exposure to AI implementation, process transformation, AI governance, or operationalization.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
