P&C Coordinator (HR)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day people and culture support and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions.
• Source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard regular hourly and seasonal employees.
• Manage job postings and evaluate recruitment advertising across print, social, and digital channels.
• Support employee relations documentation, policy communication, legal posting requirements, and HR administration.
• Assist with performance, career planning, talent planning, engagement surveys, recognition programs, and inclusive culture initiatives.
• Maintain Workday data accuracy, run reports, and ensure proper documentation and records management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR or business-related leadership experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to hiring and employee relations.
• Experience with sourcing, recruitment, leading, or training.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and HR systems.
