Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; must support US Eastern time zone working hours. Work from foreign locations and personal VPN connections are prohibited. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust are required.

What you will do

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and traceability artifacts for Salesforce application functionality, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and user experience.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, accessibility, release, and production-readiness testing across Salesforce environments.
• Test APIs, service accounts, connected applications, Salesforce org-to-org integrations, third-party integrations, data migrations, field mappings, and reporting outputs.
• Identify, prioritize, document, retest, and close defects using Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable tools.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business users, developers, business analysts, product owners, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain QA documentation and metrics, support incident response and hotfix validation, and improve automation, regression libraries, release checklists, and defect workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and executing QA plans, test cases, scripts, traceability artifacts, and software implementation testing.
• 3+ years of functional, regression, integration, release, and user acceptance testing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, reside in the United States, and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing large Salesforce implementations, especially Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD regression pipelines, federal grants or case management platforms, Section 508, cybersecurity controls, ATO processes, APIs, data migrations, and role-based access controls.
• Salesforce, software testing, Agile, or accessibility certification.
