IT QA Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, United States; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays

Base salary: $110,900–$157,900 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise IT Quality Assurance strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead a globally distributed QA organization comprising US, offshore, and managed service resources.
• Plan QA capacity, demand, portfolios, budgets, software licensing, vendor spend, and investment priorities.
• Oversee testing, validation, risk assessment, and business readiness for implementations, upgrades, patches, releases, and production changes.
• Partner with PMO, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Global Quality, business stakeholders, and vendors on enterprise delivery, digital transformation, and M&A initiatives.
• Drive Agile, Azure DevOps, automation, AI-enabled testing, quality engineering, dashboards, and standardized testing artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Validation, IT Delivery, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience leading QA, quality engineering, validation, or testing transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading global teams, including offshore and managed service resources.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, validation, compliance, change management, and enterprise application delivery.
• Experience with vendor management, resource planning, budget forecasting, and operational governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated environments, audit readiness, SOX, GDPR, CCPA, or FDA-related quality compliance.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise delivery platforms.
• Experience supporting a maturing organization or working in the CPG industry.
