Air Export Agent (Logistics)

Location: 350 John Glenn Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, USA. Onsite, Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end international air export shipments from origin through final destination.
• Monitor shipment milestones and maintain accurate records in AEX Workboard, Export ETMS, and company systems.
• Prepare, validate, and manage export documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, airlines, trucking providers, customs brokers, gateways, customers, and internal departments.
• Provide shipment updates, manage delays and exceptions, and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Handle customer invoicing, vendor costing, profitability management, audits, and complete shipment files.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Air freight forwarding experience is preferred but not required.
• IATA FIATA certification is preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
