Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage local import and export operations for the Electrification Solutions business.
• Act as the point of contact for customs brokers on product valuation, classification, and related clarifications.
• Audit customs brokers for the accuracy of customs entries, invoicing, and document archiving.
• Prepare and manage documentation and online forms for compliant, efficient, and cost-effective trade operations.
• Maintain and share knowledge of import/export laws, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions.
• Collaborate with project teams, customers, and site management on complex projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operational and logistics management.
• Proven experience in trade compliance and international shipping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.
