What you will do

  • Receive and verify customer shipping instructions and documents.
  • Open and register jobs in the Meridian system and maintain accurate shipment and customer data.
  • Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and coordinate with customs authorities or brokers.
  • Submit import/export shipping declarations and monitor container movement through port gate-in.
  • Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  • Verify shipment details for billing, support invoicing, close jobs, and maintain operational records.

Requirements

  • Ability to process shipping documentation accurately.
  • Knowledge of customs declaration and import/export compliance procedures.
  • Ability to monitor port and container operations.
  • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
