What you will do

• Receive and verify customer shipping instructions and supporting documents.
• Open and register jobs in the Meridian in-house system and maintain accurate shipment and customer data.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and coordinate with customs authorities or brokers.
• Submit Import/Export Shipping Declarations and monitor container movement through port gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Verify shipment details for billing, prepare billing instructions, support invoicing, and close jobs.

Requirements

• Accurate handling of shipping instructions, customs documentation, and operational records.
• Knowledge of import and export compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, transporters, warehouse teams, and customers.
• Attention to detail in shipment data entry, documentation, container monitoring, and billing records.
