What you will do

• Receive and verify customer shipping instructions and documents.
• Open and register shipment jobs in the Meridian system and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and coordinate with customs authorities or brokers.
• Submit import/export shipping declarations and monitor container movements through port gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams to resolve delays and discrepancies.
• Verify shipment details, prepare billing instructions, support invoicing, and close completed jobs.

Requirements

• Accuracy in shipment data entry, documentation, and operational recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of customs declaration and import/export compliance procedures.
• Ability to monitor container movements and coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams.
• Ability to communicate with customs authorities and brokers when clarification is required.
• Ability to verify billing information and support invoicing processes.
