Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $100K–$140K base salary, plus possible equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform for managing physical assets such as cars, homes, motorcycles, and RVs, with products spanning insurance, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and marketplaces.

What you will do

• Embed within a core business area such as growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, clarify the decisions they support, and challenge flawed problem framing.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
• Surface insights that improve key business metrics and communicate what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.
• Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end to end.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills, including the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required for full-time salaried employment.
