Technical Delivery Professional (Networking)

Location: Manchester, London, or Birmingham, United Kingdom. Hybrid policy: three days in the office and two days remote.

Salary: £59,685 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for Street Hub deployments and live operations.
• Investigate complex network and asset issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Guide delivery teams through installation, maintenance, fault resolution, testing, and controlled changes.
• Support the integration of new designs and technologies into operational delivery.
• Maintain asset performance, service availability, safety, quality, and delivery consistency.
• Create technical documentation including build standards, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills in live infrastructure or networking environments.
• Experience supporting technical deployments, operations, and field-based delivery activities.
• Ability to interpret technical designs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong technical communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Commercial awareness covering governance, compliance, and delivery assurance.
• Adaptability, resilience, self-motivation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
