Implementation Consultant (Intuit Enterprise Suite)

Location: Remote within California, United States, excluding the Bay Area. Requires a minimum of 30 hours per week across Monday–Friday.

Base pay: $36.5–$49.5 per hour in Sacramento.

What you will do

• Consult with hirify.global Enterprise Suite customers to assess business needs, financial processes, and existing systems.
• Lead end-to-end IES implementations, including accounting, payroll, payments, configuration, data migration, and integrations.
• Manage multiple complex implementation projects and customer engagements through timely platform adoption.
• Train customers on IES features, reporting, tools, and best practices while troubleshooting implementation issues.
• Configure multi-entity accounting environments, reports, and dashboards for accurate consolidated financial operations.
• Coordinate with product support, professional services, sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and relay customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or an active tax credential such as Enrolled Agent or CPA.
• At least 5 years of experience in software implementation or consulting, preferably with financial software.
• Advanced hands-on experience with hirify.global Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments.
• Strong accounting knowledge and at least 3 years of direct experience with multi-entity companies.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, consultative, and detail-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• QuickBooks certification.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
