What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Translate client business and regulatory requirements into scalable hirify.global configurations aligned with accounting standards and professional services methodologies.
• Act as the primary solution expert and trusted advisor for client stakeholders throughout engagements.
• Own delivery quality for non-enterprise projects, including scope, risks, issues, timelines, budgets, and service standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product offerings.
• Mentor associate consultants and support pre-sales, solution scoping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Experience providing consultative advice, understanding business requirements, and making recommendations.
• Experience supporting software implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and owning delivery outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and mentoring skills.
• Comfort using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology; prior hirify.global experience is an asset but not required.
