Treasury Implementation Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid working arrangement with 40% remote work

hirify.global is a European fintech scale-up building a financial operating system, banking infrastructure, and AI-powered treasury tools for mid-market and enterprise companies.

What you will do

• Activate and configure treasury management, cash flow forecasting, cash accounting, and payment functionality for new clients.
• Consult with CFOs and finance teams to determine suitable configurations and long-term software usage.
• Configure the platform through its user interface, backend databases, scripts, and software tools.
• Track implementation projects, manage priorities, and provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead client kick-offs, requirements-gathering sessions, configuration reviews, training, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Product team through user feedback, research, testing, and internal product consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, college diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 6 years of experience in finance and software implementation projects, preferably with financial software such as TMSs or ERPs.
• Experience in financial accounting and treasury management.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, diplomacy, organization, and project management skills.
• Spanish and English language skills are required.
• Based in Madrid, Spain and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
