Principal Product Manager (Embedded Finance)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid role requiring three or more days per week in the office

Base pay range: $163,900–$235,550 per year, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy and B2B2C business model for the Frontline Worker Network.
• Build and scale employee and employer experiences for financial wellness benefits.
• Lead product launches from pilot through general availability across engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, and finance.
• Own product positioning in commercial agreements and make platform and partnership decisions that support long-term growth.
• Become the domain authority on frontline workers and the financial products serving them.
• Mentor product managers across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience building a new product or line of business from inception through scale, ideally within a large organization.
• Senior or principal-level product experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience leading product teams toward measurable business outcomes in ambiguous situations.
• Experience designing user journeys and optimizing consumer conversion funnels.
• Experience designing consent management and data authorization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in embedded finance, payments, or payroll.
• Experience scaling consumer adoption through employers or other intermediaries.
• Experience with the enterprise SaaS technology stack.
