Product Manager, Financing (Fintech)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work schedule required

Annual base pay: $143,000–$154,000

hirify.global is an e-commerce company building technology for home shopping, including consumer financing, credit cards, rewards, and payments.

What you will do

• Own the financing product plan, roadmap, requirements, and delivery sequence.
• Build shared capabilities for eligibility, offer presentation, routing, messaging, and third-party provider integrations.
• Own the full-funnel financing experience from affordability awareness and prequalification through cart and checkout.
• Develop financing promotions and reusable campaign tools.
• Partner with Credit Card, Rewards, Payments, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Commercial, Legal, and external financing providers.
• Define metrics, monitor approval and attach rates, analyze conversion and order value, and run experiments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer fintech, payments, lending, or e-commerce checkout.
• Experience owning product plans, requirements, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Experience with third-party integrations or vendors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Technical fluency for collaboration with engineers, plus a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from Boston, Massachusetts, and follow the team's hybrid schedule.
