Location: Pavilion, Shepherds Bush, Greater London, United Kingdom

Salary: £36,000–£40,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation and lead the kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, service, food safety and hygiene.
• Manage ordering, stock takes, stock rotation, wastage and kitchen costs.
• Organise the kitchen for regular services, busy sporting occasions, events and functions.
• Coach and develop the kitchen team while building a positive kitchen culture.
• Work with the General Manager to achieve food and commercial goals and drive sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a kitchen, ideally in a busy pub or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day kitchen operations and team leadership.
• Knowledge of health and safety, food safety and kitchen compliance.
• Experience with stock control, stock rotation, wastage management and food cost control.
• Ability to organise and prioritise effectively during busy services.
• Passion for food and hospitality, with a hands-on approach to leading teams.
