Location: United States, with territory coverage including Virginia Beach, VA and Wilmington, NC. The role requires domestic travel and overnight stays as needed. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700, plus a sales incentive bonus. Training is initially classified as salary non-exempt with overtime eligibility; after certification, the role becomes overtime exempt.

What you will do
- Promote 's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers, specialists, institutions, and organized customers.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of products and disease management information.
- Assess account and business landscapes and create territory, account, and customer plans.
- Generate demand for products across assigned accounts and maintain relationships throughout healthcare institutions.
- Build relationships with oncology thought leaders and other high-priority customers.
- Address customer needs, overcome access barriers, and coordinate internal resources to improve patient care.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience with key oncology thought leaders or influential customers.
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare professional work, with strong business acumen.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease-management information to diverse customers.
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Valid U.S. driver's license, compliant driving record, and permanent authorization to work in the United States are required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of oncology sales experience.
- Experience in breast cancer therapeutic areas.
- Master's degree or advanced healthcare professional degree.
- Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and key opinion leaders.
