Salary: $111,000–$185,500 annually.

What you will do

  • Sell current and potential new oncology therapeutics across the assigned territory.
  • Provide clinical product information and support while achieving sales quotas.
  • Analyze the territory, prospect for new business, identify key accounts and healthcare professionals, and develop account strategies with the District Manager.
  • Build customer relationships, influence decision-makers, and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials.
  • Assess healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement, managed care organizations, specialty pharmacies, and treatment protocols within assigned accounts.
  • Complete required training, meetings, compliance activities, expense reporting, call reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Oncology specialty sales experience and/or major hospital account sales experience.
  • At least three years of direct pharmaceutical or biologic/biotech sales experience with documented sales success, or relevant clinical experience.
  • Experience with hospital and large-account sales, complex reimbursement, and managed care dynamics.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • Residence in the Lower Manhattan/New York territory or willingness to relocate to it.

Nice to have

  • Hematology or rare disease specialty sales experience.
  • Previous product launch experience in a highly competitive environment.
  • Multiple Myeloma experience.
  • Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies such as AI.
