Senior Project Manager, Power Distribution

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Own planning, execution, and completion of multiple engineered-to-order electrical equipment manufacturing projects.
• Manage low voltage switchboard manufacturing and skid integration into packaged assemblies.
• Maintain work-order-level production schedules, coordinate line loading and plant capacity, and drive on-time delivery.
• Lead customer submittal, drawing approval, change control, and communication cycles.
• Manage long-lead materials, project costs, forecasts, margins, risks, and executive dashboard inputs.
• Coordinate production testing, inspection and test plans, non-conformance closure, and customer witness testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of low voltage switchboards, panelboards, bus systems, protective devices, metering, electrical schematics, and applicable codes.
• Ability to interpret single-line diagrams, elevation drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams from a constructability perspective.
• Experience developing and managing complex schedules using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, Primavera P6, or Excel.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, industrial technology, construction management, or a related field; equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Visual. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring participation in a drug and alcohol program.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Direct experience with UL 891 low voltage switchboard manufacturing and skid-mounted or packaged assemblies.
• Data center or other mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience with Acumatica and advanced manufacturing processes.
