Paper Finishing Operator II - 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, USA. B Team, 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.

What you will do

• Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications, quality requirements, and standard practices.
• Operate manual packaging equipment, prepare cores, order and verify materials, and track multiple active orders.
• Perform routine machine setup and changeovers and run orders according to product specifications.
• Record operating data, downtime causes, and performance-to-plan information accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, perform 5S duties and audits, and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Communicate with shift and department personnel and participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, service, teamwork, and timely communication.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
