3rd Shift Die-cutter Operator (Flexographic Labels)

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, third shift

What you will do

• Set up and operate finishing die-cutter equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection of products coming off the press.
• Inspect finished flexographic labels against quality standards and specifications.
• Package finished products according to established guidelines.
• Monitor production and shipping schedules and communicate progress or issues to the Production Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Manufacturing experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate small machinery.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Availability for the third shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
