Flex Associate - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, second shift. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Complete rotational training across clean room, non-clean room, molding, and finishing departments.
• Operate mills, extruders, molding presses, and related production equipment according to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Prepare preforms, inspect and deflash molded parts, and handle molds and tooling.
• Record production and quality data in the GT data collection system and complete SAP transactions.
• Maintain clean workspaces and equipment using 5S procedures.
• Participate in improvement initiatives, cross-functional meetings, and assigned production projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to independently read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, and company documents.
• Willingness to work across departments and shifts according to scheduling needs.
• Ability to operate a computer and use data collection systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, adapt between sitting and standing workstations, and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds.
• Must meet U.S. Person status requirements under applicable ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience with quality and safety certifications such as ISO 9000.
