Campaign Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute national and international sales campaigns from strategic and creative perspectives.
• Manage campaigns independently in line with defined performance targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Tech, Legal, and local market experts.
• Analyse campaign KPIs, evaluate performance, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Improve existing processes and use AI tools to increase workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in Marketing or cross-functional project management.
• Confident use of Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in numbers and data.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in process automation and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
