Product Owner (Automation)

What you will do

• Drive the strategy, vision, and internal roadmap for automation products in partnership with product and technical leaders.
• Define, prioritize, and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and program increments.
• Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, grooming sessions, demos, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Balance business priorities, technical feasibility, dependencies, risks, and resource availability to support timely delivery.
• Use field-team feedback, user research, performance data, and business objectives to guide continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, consultants, field teams, and senior stakeholders while promoting inclusive and effective teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in IT or software, translating customer needs into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure product success.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
