Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Tonawanda, New York, United States; onsite at the Tonawanda facility. May include up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Expected compensation: $188,251–$230,084 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead all manufacturing and logistics/warehousing activities at the Tonawanda facility.
• Coordinate production to meet schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Improve facility efficiency and productivity using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and governmental safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Supervise professional and support staff through objective setting, performance management, training, coaching, and motivation.
• Participate in corporate programs and initiatives while upholding company policies, values, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of manufacturing or production operations experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to support safety, environmental health, quality, and operational standards.

Nice to have

• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Previous experience working in a union environment.
