Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Blaine, Minnesota, US; transitioning to the new Lexington, Minnesota facility when it opens in 2027. Onsite onboarding and training will take place in Blaine or Anoka until then.

Salary: $105,000–$195,000 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing, warehouse, and supervisory teams to meet safety, service, cost, and productivity requirements.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure current commitments and production plans are achieved.
• Track daily performance, validate countermeasures and recovery plans, and implement productivity improvements.
• Lead safety awareness, maintain a safe working environment, and take corrective action when required.
• Manage employee communication and concerns with HR support.
• Support talent acquisition, development, performance management, and continuous improvement planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience is preferred, including 2 or more years leading supervisors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams toward ambitious goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in Minnesota, initially in Blaine or Anoka and later in Lexington.
