Logistics Manager (Global Logistics)

Salary: $109,750–$182,900 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage domestic and international transportation operations, carrier relationships, freight spend, and transportation modes.
• Lead carrier sourcing, bid events, rate management, and relationships with freight forwarders, parcel providers, LTL carriers, and couriers.
• Manage freight payment and audit programs to improve billing accuracy and cost control.
• Analyze transportation spend, routing options, carrier performance, and network efficiency.
• Develop mode optimization strategies that balance cost, service, and transit-time requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, planning, customer service, operations, and logistics service providers.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 5 years of global transportation and logistics experience.
• At least 3 years of team management or leadership of cross-functional logistics initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Expertise in multi-mode transportation, carrier management, freight procurement, cost analysis, budgeting, KPIs, and service-level agreements.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–25% as needed.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and Power Query.
• Experience with freight audit and payment systems or transportation management systems.
• Experience with change management, KPI tracking, transportation conversion analysis, and matrixed team leadership.
