Manager, Indirect Procurement

Location: Camden, New Jersey, USA; onsite role. Travel of 5–10% is required, mainly domestically, for manufacturing site and supplier visits.

Salary: $110,700–$152,200 annual base salary, depending on work location, experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect SG&A categories, including IT, professional services, consulting, and HR.
• Manage key supplier accounts, strengthen partnerships, and implement supplier relationship management practices.
• Identify value creation, service improvement, and cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and stakeholder insights.
• Lead procurement program implementation plans, including objectives, timelines, key performance indicators, and progress monitoring.
• Improve procurement ways of working by applying best practices, tools, and innovative technology solutions.
• Lead project teams, mentor procurement professionals, and train stakeholders on procurement processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience focused on strategic vendor management and process improvement.
• Must work onsite in Camden, New Jersey, USA.
• Availability for 5–10% domestic travel is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
