Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, communicate, and implement global, regional, and local sourcing strategies for indirect construction services.
• Manage category policies, agreements, country source catalogs, and special procurement programs.
• Partner with category-based buyers and strategic suppliers across the business.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and inventory, improve quality, and assess business risks.
• Coordinate communication between the organization and suppliers while considering production demands and supplier conditions.
• Document supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Knowledge of AI prompting techniques and data analytics, including data inspection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interpret business needs accurately.
• Knowledge of negotiation concepts and techniques for working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Knowledge of supplier relationship management and the ability to maintain collaborative supplier partnerships.
• Ability to work onsite in Peoria, Illinois five days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with contracts management and administration.
• Knowledge of purchasing policies, regulations, and processes.
