What you will do

• Manage a high-value indirect spend portfolio and develop long-term category strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.
• Drive annual cost savings, cost avoidance, productivity plans, and total cost of ownership optimization.
• Lead complex negotiations for global and regional supply agreements, including commercial terms, service level agreements, and performance indicators.
• Qualify alternate and second-source suppliers, conduct quarterly business reviews, and improve supplier performance.
• Partner with business leaders and operations stakeholders to define sourcing needs and ensure reliable service delivery.
• Functionally supervise sourcing specialists and lead cross-functional teams across global sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or category management, specifically in indirect or site services.
• Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools and the complete source-to-contract process.
• Ability to work with senior-level leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to travel up to 20%.
