Human Resources Business Partner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Malta, New York, United States; onsite manufacturing site

Salary: $50,400–$88,200 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Support HR Business Partners and manufacturing leaders with workforce plans, talent actions, organizational support, and change-management activities.
• Coordinate talent and performance routines, including goal setting, calibration, development planning, succession support, retention reviews, and manager follow-up.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations on people-related matters.
• Analyze workforce data from Workday and related systems to identify trends in attrition, engagement, staffing, compensation, and talent risk.
• Build dashboards, concise insights, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and proven good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Ability to analyze data, communicate clearly, organize work, and operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Interest or experience in human resources, organizational development, workforce analytics, employee relations, change management, or related areas.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in workplace, academic projects, competitions, or similar activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Workday, data visualization, or responsible use of AI tools.
• Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
