HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fremont, California, with responsibility for Fremont and San Jose sites

Base salary: $105,000–$145,000 per year, depending on experience and education; performance-related bonus also available.

What you will do

• Partner with site leadership and senior functional leaders to align business needs with HR strategy, company culture, and values.
• Serve on the business unit leadership team and support strategic projects and business transformation.
• Lead talent planning, local recruiting, organizational development, and targeted solutions for capability gaps.
• Implement HR processes across assigned sites and employee groups, including performance reviews, engagement, and HR systems.
• Support performance management and employee relations while developing and communicating business-unit KPIs.
• Partner with global and local HR centers of excellence in talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to connect business needs with HR solutions.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, exercise sound judgment, prioritize objectives, and operate with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling environment.
