Front End Lead Full Time

Location: West Nyack, NY #0077; onsite retail club role

Compensation: $19.50–$24.38 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise cashiers, self-checkout, and membership desk operations in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Coach, train, motivate, and develop frontline team members while supporting engagement and performance.
• Drive membership acquisition, retention, loyalty, and member experience results.
• Manage point-of-sale closing, payments, refunds, credits, receipts, coupons, and merchandise scanning.
• Resolve escalated member service issues and assist with self-checkout and scan-and-pan technical difficulties.
• Maintain GOLD service, cleanliness, signage, stocking, safety, compliance, and daily club standards.

Requirements

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Prior membership or sales experience is preferred.
• Prior cashier experience is preferred.
• Ability to move frequently, bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects up to 50 pounds; heavier objects may require assistance.
