Floating Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Jiffy Mart, Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States; travel between store locations is required

Pay range: $21.35–$24.79

What you will do

• Support Store Managers at different convenience store locations and cover manager vacancies as needed.
• Supervise, recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and discipline store staff.
• Manage customer service, store appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and promotional initiatives.
• Order and receive merchandise, maintain fuel inventory, coordinate gasoline deliveries, and control inventory variations.
• Complete accounting paperwork, bank deposits, ATM and lottery fund deposits, cashier audits, and payroll-hour controls.
• Maintain compliance records, security camera and price book operations, PDI reports, and reports on maintenance or unusual occurrences.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Vocational or technical education, high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests and accurately count, read, and write.
• ServSafe or another approved food safety certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Ability to attend mandatory meetings and training sessions and travel to other store locations.
