Floating Manager - Alltown

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts, United States; travel to other store locations is required

Salary: $19.96–$23.17 per hour

What you will do

• Support Store Managers across locations and cover manager vacancies.
• Supervise, recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and discipline store associates.
• Deliver a quality customer experience while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and store image standards.
• Manage merchandise ordering, receiving, fuel inventory, gasoline deliveries, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
• Complete daily accounting paperwork, bank deposits, ATM and lottery fund controls, cashier audits, and payroll-hour monitoring.
• Maintain compliance records, review PDI reports, operate security cameras where applicable, and report maintenance or unusual occurrences.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Vocational or technical education, high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests and complete paperwork accurately.
• ServSafe or another approved food safety certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Ability to attend mandatory meetings and training sessions and travel to other store locations.
