Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States; onsite work model. US work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel, production processes, schedules, and inventory service levels.
• Prepare departmental production schedules and provide backup supervision when needed.
• Manage timekeeping and HR-related tasks for assigned employees.
• Identify production deficiencies and implement equipment, facility, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Lead training, enforce company policies, and maintain a fair, professional, collaborative environment.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance while resolving critical product and equipment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience, or an associate degree and at least 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and Workday is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and shopfloor display experience are preferred.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.
