What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Enter operational and customs declaration data accurately and on time.
- Track and trace customs files and prepare reports.
- Verify customs declaration information and support submission to customs authorities.
- Process accurate and timely client billing.
- Interpret customs operating procedures and fulfill customer instructions across import and export processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of customs brokerage processes and customs legislation, especially classification, valuation, and origin.
- Understanding of ocean, road, and air documentation processes.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, computer, and customer service skills.
- Proactive approach and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Fluent English.
