Export Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer shipments.
• Manage import and export activities and ensure incoming shipments are handled and stored properly.
• Arrange dangerous-goods and non-dangerous-goods cargo.
• Communicate daily with vendors, customers, overseas offices, and agents.
• Maintain relationships with shipping companies, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trailer providers.
• Create shipment documents and tax invoices for shippers.

Requirements

• Experience with export logistics coordination and shipment documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
• Ability to manage multiple import and export-related responsibilities.
